SOGO Fall Concert
  • 2024-25 season placement audition fee: $45.00 (a non-refundable fee).
  • Tuition fee: Debut $700, Academy $725, Philharmonic, $750, Conservatory $825. Tuition can be paid by cash, check or credit card.
  • Military discount: Children of US military personnel are eligible to receive a 10% discount on tuition.
  • Financial support: Let us know if you are experiencing financial challenges. Payment plans can be worked out by contacting SOGO at FinanceManager@studentorchestras.org, and financial scholarships are available for up to 50% of tuition.

MOJO TUITION

  • 2024-25 MOJO Tuition is $275 for Fall, Winter, & Spring cycle & $100 for a single cycle.
  • For students that are eligible for Financial Support, tuition is $200 for Fall, Winter, & Spring cycle. NO DISCOUNT per cycle or for merit scholarships and US military personnel. Visit the MOJO program page for more information about MOJO.

Goldberg Family Charitable Foundation Merit Scholarship:

The Goldberg Family Charitable Foundation has generously provided a Merit Scholarship to encourage young musicians for their hard work and commitment to the study of music through SOGO.

To qualify:

  • SOGO musician beginning their 4th season or more with SOGO.
  • SOGO musician has been awarded placement in the Conservatory Orchestra.
  • SOGO musician must turn in a completed application

Musicians who meet the above qualifications will be awarded a one-time 50% tuition scholarship.

Applications are closed for the 2024-25 Season. They will open again following Spring 2025 auditions.

Military discount:

Children of US military personnel are eligible to receive a 10% discount on tuition. This cannot be combined with any other discount/scholarship.

Financial Support:

Scholarships for the 2024-25 concert season tuition are available for up to 50% of the cost. To apply for a need-based scholarship, fill out this application.

Tumwater School District students can apply for a first come, first serve scholarship for families demonstrating need by filling out this application. This scholarship is made possible by a generous SOGO donor.
