This is an introductory class where participants get a terrific start on their musical journey with the violin, viola, cello, or bass. Students learn the parts of the instrument, hand position, posture, and some basic techniques and will participate in a culminating concert on the evening of the last day of classes. An instrument can be rented from one of our local music stores, and they will ensure the proper size for your student. No experience is required.
