The final concert of Student Orchestras of Greater Olympia’s season! Student violin soloist Maria Aurelio is featured performing a work by Antonín Dvorák, and SOGO will honor our Class of 2023 graduating seniors. Members of the Olympia Symphony Orchestra will be joining us for a side-by-side performance of Mexican composer Arturo Márquez’ Danzón No. 2, made famous in part by the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela and conductor Gustavo Dudamel.
